Ultimate Ability/Attack: Summons lightning dragon that goes directly to the enemy it like a bomb it hits the enemy and then it blows up (1 dragon every second post each dragon last 1-2 post depending if it hits the enemy)

Rules in making Techs:
1-99 POINTS: 3 techs
1 Tech:70 lightning bolts (On the tip of my fingers a ball of lighting will form out of that ball of lightning 10 lightning bolt every 30 seconds will appear and fly to the enemy )
2 Tech:Lightning spear(The spear will form on his arms when he says Lightning spear)
3 Tech:Lightning chains(A clap and yelling out Connect a long chain will go towards the enemy and trap them)

Elaborate more on your techs what can they how do they appear do clap your hands toghether do you whistle and elaborate on you ultimate a bit i mean how do you summon it can you just think it and it appears again you gotta elaborate more

I think a little more elaboration could be used but that is just me so unless there are any objectinos from Seishou im going to say approved. Only one thing lower the number of lighting bolts.

(Oh and Seishou if you feel so you can reject this if you have any concerns I dont want ot step on your toes.)
