Name: absorbing dome
Effect/Description: i make a dome around me which allows me to absorb half of any attacks riestu (powering me up) and protecting anything in the dome dependin on he strengh of attack or defenders strengh/reitsu .This is private to the grand kidou cheif and lieutenant. Also this can with-stand Hadous up to 95 and this stops the temporal statis but not spacial displacemet
