Name: Nenshou Tengai (Burning Dome)
Effect/Description: This kidou makes a dome of fire, normaly 10 feet from side to side, that surrounds the target. The target is traped in a dome of fire that doesn't go out unless it is attacked on the outside. If the target should touch the flame they will be badly burned, but the dome will dissipate.
Type and Number: Bakudou
Incantation: "Dragons of fire and war, grant me the fire to show the world just how easy it is to burn!"
Range: target must be within 45 feet of the caster
Duration: The dome of fire will dissipate after 4 of the target's posts

al, only shinis are allowed kido. ive done that in order to balance the powers between shinis vaizards and arrancars
